The Barn Ministry Story
The Barn Ministry began as a dream of founder Pastor Michael Page and his wife, Dee Ann. They have a desire and passion to encourage, counsel and equip persons in Christian ministry by providing resources and retreat accommodations. Currently, The Barn Ministry has been hosting Pastors and Missionaries for three years in their personal Barn home.
There are plans to build a 6 Bedroom Barn house in 2022 for larger retreats and events.
In 2021, Pastor David Ralph retired from Colorado District as the District Pastor and joined Pastor Michael, who retired after 41 years in the ministry in December 2021.
Together, God placed it on their hearts to start two new works:
Retired Ministers Fund (RMF) and Shepherds Hope.
RMF is a matching fund to support Retired Pastors and Missionaries who have trouble financially when they leave the ministry. The goal is to supplement their income and to provide some financial relief from the cost of living expenses. The goal in 2022 is to provide support for 100 Retired Servant Workers.
Shepherds Hope is a developing ministry to active Pastors and Ministry Workers. The goal for 2022 is to raise up 25 Encouragement coaches and to send these coaches, at no cost, to Pastors, Missionaries or staff that need Encouragement as they serve others. 1500 ministers leave the ministry monthly. Our goal through Shepherds Hope is to come alongside and support our Kingdom workers and by doing so, we hope to encourage them from leaving the ministry.
We are adding counseling for Pastors and wives, at no cost to them. It is our conviction that if more ministry workers felt more support and have someone to share their burdens with, that they can work through some of the burdens they carry.
Our ministry is threefold: Retreat Center, Retired Ministry Fund and Shepherds Heart.

About the Founders:
Pastor Michael and DeeAnn are both Texas natives and have been serving in
full time ministry for over 41years.
They have three boys active in ministry. They have twins serving where both are serving in the Mission field with their families.
Their youngest son is Dean of Students and Academics at Christian College. His family lives in Arizona.
They have 7 wonderful grandchildren.
The Barn Ministry is governed by 20 people that serve on the Barn Board. They share and have embraced the vision and passion of Pastor Michael and DeeAnn Page.
In addition to the Barn ministry board is the ministry team.
